Why not? I recently had a nip/tuck. After childbirth and entering middle age, I had been obsessing about my neck. After research and making the decision it wasn't as harrowing as people might think. I don't look any different, just extremely healthy and well rested. I couldn't be happier and I also feel "it's over with," I can get on with my life. I highly recommend it. I'll do it again in another 10 or 20 years when needed. And... it's less to do with beauty than pragmatism/convenience.
